HONORARY HEREDITARY MEMBERS : Male descendants of twenty-one years of age or over, of those eligible to Honorary Membership, " may become Honorary Hereditary Members upon election by the Executive Committee as hereinafter provided.

Proceeds derived from the lottery or lotteries operated by or on behalf of the state shall be used to pay the operating expenses of the lottery or lotteries, including all prizes, without any appropriation required by law, and for educational programs and purposes as hereinafter provided.

For the purpose of constructing the state roads described in section four of this act and making the necessary surveys for the proposed new state roads, there is hereby appropriated out of the state highway fund, the sum of two hundred and twenty-five thousand dollars ( $ 225, 000 ), to be apportioned as hereinafter provided, to-wit:

:If the place of a senator becomes vacant before the expiration of his term of service, the Houses of Parliament of the State for which he was chosen shall, sitting and voting together, choose a person to hold the place until the expiration of the term, or until the election of a successor as hereinafter provided, whichever first happens.

_If ( the groom-to-be ) and ( the bride-to-be ) shall marry and subsequently an " Event of Marital Dissolution " shall occur as hereinabove defined, then except as hereinafter provided each party waives, releases, relinquishes and forever renounces any and all right to support, maintenance, alimony ( or similar rights of support ) to which he or she would ordinarily be entitled.
